RE People is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their team in Gloucester. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, working closely with the engineering design team, suppliers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and manage project documentation, including technical specifications and drawings.
  • Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting project requirements.
  • Oversee in-house engineering design, including mould tooling and project approval.
  • Conduct site visits, coordinating personnel, and ensuring site handover packs are completed.
  • Monitor project activities, reviewing documentation and collating record books.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in coordinating project work, both in-house and off-site.
  • Ability to manage workload, project requirements, and strict deadlines.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.
