- Qualifications and Experience
- GCSE Level English and Maths or Equivalent
- NVQ L3 or equivalent experience
- Recent relevant experience working and communicating with the public in social care/health care.
- Knowledge and Skills
- Understanding of rehabilitation and re-ablement principles.
- An understanding of enabling a person to learn or re-learn skills.
- An understanding of the issues when working in the user's own home.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
