The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a 'Good' Mainstream Secondary school in Westminster. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide individualized support to pupils with Autism and ADHD, helping them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering lessons to pupils with SEN
  • Provide one-to-one support to pupils with Autism and ADHD, helping them to access the curriculum and overcome learning challenges
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement strategies to support pupils with SEN
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
