About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Specialist to join our team at Cranberry Panda, a rapidly growing D2C lifestyle brand. As a Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta and TikTok, to drive traffic to our website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Optimize campaigns and creatives by analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and adjusting strategies.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across paid media channels to achieve return on ad spend (ROAS) targets.
  • Report and analyze campaign performance, tracking metrics and identifying new opportunities for growth across key channels.
  • Analyze and track conversion for different funnels and segments.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends.

About You:

We are looking for a highly analytical and creative individual with a proven track record of scaling e-commerce businesses through effective performance marketing strategies. You should have a solid understanding of platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Display, as well as a strong understanding of customer journey and ability to drive ROI.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling e-commerce businesses through effective performance marketing strategies.
  • Solid understanding of platforms and hands-on experience with Google, Meta, TikTok, and Display.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey and ability to drive ROI.
  • Highly analytical - proficient in Google Analytics & GA4.
  • Creativity: able to find creative ways to grow revenue in a budget.
