Information Security Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Coordinator to join our team at Legal & General. As a key member of our Group Functions, you will play a crucial role in supporting the increasing demand for Information Security skills across our business.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of our Security Improvement programme across various business areas.
- Collaborate with colleagues from technical and non-technical backgrounds to ensure security is embedded into our business operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify security gaps against our Security Policies and Standards.
- Develop and implement controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Provide expert Information Security advice to projects and stakeholders.
- Experience in Information Security, risk management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of security design, risk assessment, and control selection.
- Understanding of threat modelling, control frameworks, and risk assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
