Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Flow Assurance Engineer to join our client's team. As a Flow Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of hydrocarbons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare technical documentation for Flow Assurance activities during project phases, including Conceptual Study, FEED, Tender, and Contract package preparation.
  • Follow up on Supplier Call for Tender & Selection for Flow Assurance discipline.
  • Review and approve FEED, Tender, and Detailed Engineering performed by Contractors for Flow Assurance discipline.
  • Be responsible for flow assurance activities within the Subsea Systems department.
  • Have extensive experience as a Flow Assurance Engineer throughout project development phases.
  • Have graduate-level knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics.
  • Be able to identify, define, and analyze complex multiphase hydrocarbon transportation schemes.
  • Be proficient in software such as OLGA, PVTSim, Multiflash, Pipenet, Pipesim, Hysys, and Unisim.
  • Have knowledge of programming languages such as Matlab, C++, and Phyton.
  • Have experience with Technical Audit and Design & Safety Reviews, HAZOP, HAZID's, and Risk Assessment.

Requirements:

  • MS or BS Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering, or any other related engineering discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience in Flow Assurance in all project phases.
  • FEED / EPC experience.
