About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Leader to join our successful Card Factory team. As a Team Leader, you will play a key part in driving the success of our stores by supporting your Store Manager in achieving commercial growth and developing a team culture that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving commercial growth and developing a team culture that prioritizes customer experience.
  • Lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring great standards and exceptional customer service are maintained.
  • Review store performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration and open communication.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Commercially minded with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to review and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
