Our Business
Howden Life & Health is an award-winning specialist life and health broker. We offer a range of services, including:
- Certification in Insurance (CII) or equivalent qualification is desirable, and we offer paid qualifications with a £1,000 gross annual salary increase when completed.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up leads from high-quality sources, such as online marketplaces and comparison websites.
- Provide expert advice to customers on health insurance products, balancing customer service with sales targets.
- Deliver on agreed sales targets and maximize opportunities for future business growth.
- Assess clients' needs and provide insurance solutions that meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all clients receive the most appropriate advice and service.
- Build effective relationships with clients to identify additional beneficial products and provide the best value from their cover.
This is a fully remote-based role, with the first week of training taking place at our Gloucester office. We cover travel, accommodation, and meal costs for the training period.
