The Role
As a Clinical Product Specialist, you will be part of a team that develops and implements innovative diagnostic solutions for the healthcare industry. You will cover the Greater Manchester region, with occasional coverage of more of the North, focusing primarily on public and private healthcare hospital networks.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and their applications in precision medicine.
- Work closely with clinicians and support staff to adopt and appropriately use company products and services.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to grow sales in the territory.
- Provide test and sample kits at client locations and ensure smooth ordering and billing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biology, medicine, or a related field.
- Proven ability to engage in consultative selling with healthcare providers and payers, especially oncology and cardiology hospitals.
- Detailed knowledge of cancer pathways and personalized medicine.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with major cancer/clinical centers.
- Experience in sales forecasting and reporting business performance.

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven individual who is willing to take on the responsibility of working as part of a smaller team. You will set ambitious but realistic targets, based on strategic sales negotiation and key account planning skills, working independently and proactively to manage multiple projects and prioritize daily tasks within deadlines.
