About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Assistant to join our team at InHealth Group's new Community Diagnostic Centre in Denton. As a Clinical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our diagnostic services, providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients in a professional and courteous manner, coordinating their arrival through to departure
  • Escort patients to and from the clinical area as required, explaining the procedure in full and ensuring any questions or concerns are managed professionally
  • Complete patient pre-scan data protection/consent forms and health and safety questionnaires (where applicable)
  • Assess and monitor patient conditions after procedures, ensuring any changes are reported to relevant staff immediately
  • Accurately enter patient data into our patient management system
  • Manage administrative tasks within the department as required
  • Work on the reception desk, professionally welcoming patients into the Centre

Requirements

  • Experience in a healthcare environment or a passion to work in healthcare
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Strong administration skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shift patterns
  • An empathetic and caring approach
  • A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
