About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Leader to join our Card Factory family. As a Team Leader, you will play a key part in driving the success of our stores, supporting your Store Manager in achieving commercial growth, and developing a team culture that puts the customer at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving commercial growth and developing a team culture that prioritizes customer experience.
  • Lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring great standards and exceptional service are delivered every day.
  • Review store performance data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
