About the Position:


A highly organized individual with outstanding interpersonal abilities is crucial for this role, and prior experience in administration and call management is greatly appreciated.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a team and engage in a variety of daily responsibilities, including:

  • Handling calls and facilitating communication between clients, internal call centers, and Biffa drivers.
  • Conducting daily debriefing sessions with Biffa drivers and addressing any concerns.
  • Resolving client issues and potential risks identified by drivers.
  • Processing orders, generating reports, and managing administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of the local area.
  • Experience in the transportation or waste management sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills across various channels and with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and prioritizing capabilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in time-sensitive situations.
  • Willingness to adapt and develop skills according to role and business requirements.
  • Proficiency in business software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
