This role requires a highly organized individual with outstanding interpersonal abilities, and prior experience in administration and call management is greatly appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will collaborate with a team and engage in a variety of daily responsibilities, including:
- Handling incoming calls and facilitating communication between clients, internal call centers, and Biffa drivers.
- Conducting daily debriefing sessions with Biffa drivers to address any concerns.
- Resolving client issues and managing potential risks identified by drivers.
- Processing orders, generating reports, and performing administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of the local area.
- Experience within the transport or waste management sector.
- Exceptional communication skills across multiple platforms and with individuals at all levels.
- Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in time-sensitive environments.
- Willingness to adapt and develop skills according to role and business requirements.
- Proficiency in business software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
