Job Description

Project Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at The Electronics Group Ltd. As a key member of our Project Delivery department, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Planning, Commercial, and Commissioning, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in a design and build project delivery role within the electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
