This position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, with a standard work schedule of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

As an Electrical Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee installation and maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations and current BS7671 standards.

Your role will also encompass the supervision of a team of technicians, while liaising with the administrative office and completing test certifications in accordance with BS7671 regulations.

The majority of the work will focus on commercial installations and repairs within the designated regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the daily operations of projects
  • Plan resource allocation and manage material procurement
  • Facilitate effective communication between the site and the office
  • Assist in the training and development of team members
  • Possess a Level 3 award in BS7671 (including the 2nd amendment)
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
  • Showcase substantial experience in commercial installations and testing
  • Utilize testing software effectively (e.g., Easycert, Shineforms)
