Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective pathways for frailty and emergency department care
  • Lead the frailty assessment unit and work closely with other consultants to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and experience
  • Contribute to the development of clinical governance and service improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Professional qualifications in Geriatric Medicine
  • Full GMC registration
  • Experience in audit and service improvement
  • Ability to demonstrate the ability and willingness to travel effectively between sites
