Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Winner Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a dynamic and innovative school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Hub Manager and Lead Teachers in planning, preparation, and assessment of the curriculum.
  • Teach on a 1:1 and/or small group sessions as required.
  • Pick up and drop off students, requiring a valid driving license.
  • Contribute to the development of the school by supporting curriculum and development strand leads.
  • Encourage learner involvement in decision-making and program management.
  • Model professional behaviors and act as an ambassador for the company's values.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience working with SEN children, young people, or vulnerable adults in an education setting.
  • Demonstrate experience in developing effective resources for young people with additional needs.
  • Hold a relevant minimum qualification of Level 2 or demonstrate previous experience as an unqualified teaching assistant.
  • Demonstrate passion for ensuring each school develops a positive impact on each child.
  • Hold key values and ethos of Trust, Innovation, and Achievement.
