About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Duty Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Tesco Pharmacies. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the pharmacy team to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to lead and develop the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with primary care networks and GPs' surgeries to enhance our services and reputation.
  • Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and willing to undergo a DBS check.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
