Field Service Engineer (East Midlands)

Join Artemis Talent Solutions Ltd as a Field Service Engineer in our East Midlands office, working from home. This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive base salary of £32k, plus a guaranteed monthly bonus, company car, company pension, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out preventative maintenance through planned service activities.
  • Assist with the installation of equipment.
  • Offer customer training.
  • Repair, test, and maintain equipment and packaging materials.
  • Monitor product performance.

Team Interaction:

You will frequently interact with customers, other field service engineers, the Sales Team, the Service Engineering Manager, and the Systems Installation Engineers.

We are a market leader in the UK with 5,000 machines installed, and our team includes 7 Sales People and 16 Service Engineers.
