Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef

Job Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week + Overtime

Salary: £25,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team in our fast-paced kitchen at Burhill Golf & Leisure. The ideal candidate should be able to follow the head chef's specifications and guidelines while bringing their own ideas, skills, and culinary knowledge to the table.

The successful candidate will have some experience working in a busy kitchen and will be able to work comfortably on all sections of the kitchen. Key responsibilities include ensuring the kitchen operates in a timely manner, meeting the standards of the business, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
  • Familiarity with industry best practices
  • Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Able to work independently within a team environment
