Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and support to our Health Screening department, ensuring excellent patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to the Health Screening department, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Circle Health Group's standards.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services and Clinical Services Manager to develop and implement departmental strategies and plans.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure that they are equipped to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Conduct health assessments, including anthropometric measurements, body fat measurements, ECG recordings, lung function testing, blood pressure monitoring, phlebotomy, and lifestyle counseling.
  • Develop and implement new services and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and enhance the reputation of Circle Health Group.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
  • Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice.
  • Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
  • Recruitment and selection skills.
  • Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.
  • Leadership experience in a Senior/Deputy or Lead role.
