FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Manager to join their team in Leicester. As a Clinical Manager, you will play a key role in helping to run the practice, ensuring the smooth operation of the dental team, and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the management of the dental practice, including staff rotas, updating paperwork, and ordering supplies.
- Work closely with the dental team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in a dental practice or a related healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive hourly rate of £13-£14.
- Time off in lieu for additional hours worked.
- 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays and birthday off paid every year.
- Discounted dental work available.
