As the HR Consultant, you will be instrumental in facilitating the effective and seamless operation of the HR department, while providing essential support to management and the broader organization.

• Provide guidance to management on daily HR operations.
• Support recruitment initiatives and coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.
• Manage issues related to absence, tardiness, and performance reviews.
• Assist in handling disciplinary actions, capability assessments, and grievance procedures.
• Address employee inquiries and offer flexible administrative assistance.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing and manage the company pension plan.
HR Consultant Skills & Experience Required
• Generalist HR experience with a foundational understanding of employment legislation (CIPS preferred).
• Proven experience with payroll systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (SAGE 50 experience is a plus).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information.
• Methodical approach, strong time management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
