About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our global team at DDB. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient account operations and instilling a strong client service ethic to deliver exceptional quality output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and objectives, manage localization and production briefs, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Work closely with the Account Director and lead creative agency to understand strategic backgrounds behind each campaign and the range of assets available to markets.
  • Coordinate briefings and workflow of projects with internal production teams (Video, Print, Digital, Translation).
  • Work with local client teams to understand their requirements and manage the approval process.
  • Support the Account Director in preparation of internal reports and client presentations.
  • Ensure adaptation work is done according to brand guidelines.
  • Draft and distribute contact reports and agendas.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience within an agency environment.
  • Account/Production management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, intuitive to customer's business needs, and the ability to build robust and collaborative business relationships.
  • Digitally savvy and excited about creative production business.
  • Confident, diplomatic, and goal-oriented, with the ability to navigate fast-paced environments with humor and a smile.
  • Excellent prioritization, time management, and attention to details.
  • Multiple language skills are not essential but would be highly desirable.
  • 'Hands-on' approach and ability to think 'outside the box' and be comfortable with business cliches.
