IT Support Technician – Stoke on Trent

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team at Adria Solutions. As an IT Support Technician, you will provide first-line technical support to end-users and proactively resolve hardware and software issues from all incoming channels.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide efficient and professional technical support to end-users
* Manage and troubleshoot on-premise Microsoft-based systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Hyper-V
* Handle Microsoft Office 365 tenancy admin tasks, including Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, and Security
* Collaborate with colleagues to implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions

**Requirements**

* Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role
* Hands-on expertise in Active Directory and Azure administration
* Knowledge of networking principles and protocols
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management tools
* Familiarity with 3CX Voice over IP systems/technologies would be advantageous
