Position: Device Industrialization Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within a matrix management structure to drive industrialization initiatives
- Lead tech transfer activities for medical/pharma products, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing processes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to acquire equipment and optimize manufacturing capabilities
- Design and implement process development tools and validation methods to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Drive device scale-up activities, leveraging expertise to optimize manufacturing processes
Specialist Expertise Areas:
- Process development and scale-up for medical/pharma products
- Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and precision medical component moulding
- Design for Assembly (DFA) and precision medical device assembly
- Primary packaging for sterile injectables, ensuring compliance and quality
- Secondary & Tertiary packaging for medical/pharma products, optimizing logistics and supply chain
- Shipping & transport development for medical/pharma products, ensuring safe and efficient delivery
