Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and supper, ensuring that meals are presented in a visually appealing and appetizing manner.
  • Prepare sandwiches, soup, and evening menus that cater to the diverse needs and dietary requirements of our residents.
  • Take an active interest in menu planning and trial new dishes to enhance the culinary experience for our residents.
  • Support the chef in cooking lunches as needed, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Adhere to strict food safety and cleaning practices, ensuring a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Good organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work flexibly to meet service needs.
  • Awareness of food safety and cleaning practices.

Shifts and Hours
