Key Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and supper, ensuring that meals are presented in a visually appealing and appetizing manner.
- Prepare sandwiches, soup, and evening menus that cater to the diverse needs and dietary requirements of our residents.
- Take an active interest in menu planning and trial new dishes to enhance the culinary experience for our residents.
- Support the chef in cooking lunches as needed, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Adhere to strict food safety and cleaning practices, ensuring a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Good organizational skills and effective time management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work flexibly to meet service needs.
- Awareness of food safety and cleaning practices.
