Position Overview:
Our esteemed client, Edwards & Pearce, is seeking a dedicated Legal Administrative Assistant to enhance their Conveyancing division. This role is crucial in providing essential support to the legal professionals within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Legal Administrative Assistant, your duties will include:

  • Producing legal documents, including audio transcription and report preparation.
  • Utilizing software applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel effectively.
  • Managing daily administrative tasks and personal assistant responsibilities, including organization of files and email correspondence.
  • Modifying and formatting legal documents to meet required standards.
  • Handling incoming calls and addressing inquiries from clients, colleagues, and external parties, ensuring accurate information transfer.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications:
Experience in Conveyancing is a prerequisite. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is essential.
