The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team at Milton Ernest Hall. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care that meets the unique needs of each resident.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with residents, families, and the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence and well-being.
  • Provide high-quality nursing care that is tailored to the needs of each resident, including medication management and wound care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure that care plans are up-to-date and effective.
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure that residents receive a seamless and coordinated service.
  • Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our care services meet the highest standards.

Your Skills and Experience

  • RGN/RMN qualification with an active NMC pin.
  • Experience in care planning, assessment tools, and resident needs assessment.
  • Understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
  • Proven ability in audit management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
