About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Uxbridge Employment Agency. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to generate high-quality leads through various channels, including website, email marketing, events, and trade shows.
- Identify and target key audiences within the industry to build relationships and drive business growth.
- Craft compelling messaging and marketing communications to partner with sales, digital, and compliance teams.
- Build relationships with key industry bodies to identify and enter relevant awards and showcase the company's outstanding work.
- Secure speakers and audiences for webinars, live events, and exhibitions.
- Manage the marketing budget and report to the MD and CEO on performance and success metrics.
Requirements:
- Dynamic and results-oriented approach with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to work closely with sales and other teams.
- Curious and eager to learn about new trends and concepts in marketing.
- Experience in sales-led marketing and a confident networker.
