About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Uxbridge Employment Agency. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to generate high-quality leads and drive business growth.
- Identify and target key industry segments and audiences for outreach and engagement.
- Craft compelling messaging and marketing communications to partner with sales, digital, and compliance teams.
- Build relationships with key industry bodies to identify and participate in relevant awards and recognition programs.
- Secure speakers and audiences for webinars, live events, and exhibitions.
- Manage the marketing budget and report on performance and success metrics to the MD and CEO.
Requirements:
- Dynamic and results-oriented approach with a strong ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling pitches, client success stories, and case studies.
- Curiosity and desire to learn about new trends and concepts in marketing and sales.
- Experience in sales-led marketing and a confident networker.
