Working Pattern: Monday to Friday/Hybrid

Location: Carlisle

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lettings Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality lettings service for social housing, working closely with colleagues from various departments to ensure that homes are let quickly and efficiently.

The Role:

  • Deliver a quality lettings service for social housing, minimizing rent lost through empty homes.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure that homes are let quickly and appropriately, at the required standard.
  • Role model Our Riverside Way values and work closely with other teams to ensure that services meet our aspirations.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of the customer experience, reducing waste and improving value.
