Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored treatments to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all treatments adhere to the spa's protocols and standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and hygiene.
  • Offer aftercare advice and promote ongoing treatment plans to clients, fostering a loyal customer base.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including booking appointments and maintaining client records, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a spa or beauty therapist, preferably in a luxury spa environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in beauty therapy or spa treatments, such as NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a spa setting is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with appointment scheduling software and basic computer skills.
