Key Responsibilities:- Provide a visible deterrence to prevent criminal activity
- Respond to incidents and complete incident reports
- Liaise with management and local authorities when necessary
- Conduct colleague and contractor searches in line with company policy
- Digitally report incidents and use tablets/phones for daily activity planning
- Complete detailed and legible incident reports to assist the client and local authorities
- Valid SIA licence
- Previous experience in a retail security role (not essential)
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide detailed verbal and written accounts of criminal activity
