Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily contract management activities, including the preparation and submission of essential contractual notifications (such as Early Warning Notices, Compensation Event Notices, Quotations, etc.);
  • Prepare and submit rate cards;
  • Conduct preliminary reviews of contracts;
  • Create and distribute internal summaries of contracts;
  • Maintain contract repositories and live contracts tracker;
  • Manage rate schedules and periodic updates on the customer side;
  • Set up jobs on Access;
  • Provide guidance and support to Commercial/Accounts Assistants in addressing internal and external inquiries directed to the Commercial Inbox;
  • Administer contracts using platforms like CEMAR and other relevant portals;
  • Contribute to the business development process by assisting with responses to Invitations to Tender (ITTs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Quotation (RfQs).

Essential Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in contract management software and tools (e.g., CEMAR).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Required Experience:
  • Previous experience in contract management and administration.
  • Experience in preparing and managing rate cards and schedules.
  • Familiarity with commercial and accounts processes in a contract management setting.
  • Experience supporting tender and bid processes.
