Job Overview:
As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic housekeeping department. Collaborating with your team, you will ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of guest and hotel facilities while striving for exceptional guest satisfaction and operational efficiency alongside the Head Housekeeper.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while ensuring the quality of rooms. Organize staff schedules. Collaborate closely with the supervisory team to assist the Head Housekeeper. Provide ongoing training and development support to the Housekeeping team. Uphold the standards established by HotelCare and our clients at all times. Achieve daily performance targets. Adhere to all company health and safety protocols, documenting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.

Person Specification:
Experience:

Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality sector, particularly in housekeeping or related fields. Strong understanding of housekeeping operations and team management skills.

Skills and Knowledge:

Physical capability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent time management abilities. Keen attention to detail. Flexibility and eagerness to learn. A proactive 'Can Do' attitude. Adaptability to organizational requirements. Competence in prioritizing and multitasking. Capacity to deliver outstanding customer service. Self-motivated and accountable. Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity. Capability to perform under pressure and follow directives. Awareness of safety regulations and compliance.

Flexibility:

You may be required to work varied and/or additional hours beyond those previously communicated and undertake reasonable tasks to meet the needs of the Company and its clients.
