About the Role
This is a remarkable opportunity to join SSR General & Management, a prominent player in the Security Services industry known for its commitment to excellence in Corporate Security.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and refine proposal contributions from various stakeholders, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, product development, finance, legal, and operational teams.
- Lead virtual proposal teams, ensuring effective communication and input from essential stakeholders across departments.
- Prepare and assess the financial components of proposals, guaranteeing that all services and products are accurately represented in the pricing offered to clients.
- Contribute to the development of written proposals, focusing on content quality and presentation, including guidance on the executive summary.
- Manage document templates to align with corporate branding standards.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in planning, crafting, and delivering compliant proposals within a multifaceted business landscape.
- Possess extensive experience in organizing and conducting proposal kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, facilitating critical review meetings, and coordinating proposal governance and approvals.
- Design, manage, and update a Content Library or Proposal Automation Solution effectively.
- Exhibit exceptional written communication skills in English.
Qualifications
