Quantitative Analysis/Research Opportunity

Axiom Software Solutions Limited is seeking talented individuals for a Quantitative Research position. This role offers the flexibility of working from various locations and is available for both permanent and temporary contracts. We particularly welcome candidates with expertise in Credit, Derivatives, Equities, or Exotic financial instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management in the Credit Technology sector, as well as technology and risk departments.
  • Design and optimize data processing frameworks.
  • Create and refine mathematical and statistical models for Prime trading desks.
  • Enhance risk management and pricing processes for Exotic Products trading.
  • Provide quantitative insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure the integrity of control mechanisms.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master's or PhD in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Proficiency in software development, especially in Python or C programming.
  • Experience with sophisticated and real-time data processing systems.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of Exotic Products within the Equity and Credit Derivatives space.
  • Solid grasp of statistical methods and financial mathematics.
  • Familiarity with React is an advantage.
