Dining Operations Supervisor / Team Leader

Join a vibrant bar and dining establishment that is part of our extensive sports and leisure offerings. Our menu caters to all tastes, serving a variety of dishes from breakfast until late.

DINING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR / TEAM LEADER | €15.19 Per Hour

In this leadership role, you will mentor and guide your team, ensuring that guest satisfaction and financial objectives are met. This position is hands-on, requiring you to be actively involved in the daily operations, including taking orders, serving food, and ensuring that your team provides exceptional service to every patron.

Strong communication skills are vital as you will address guest inquiries proactively, whether within your area or throughout the venue.

The ideal candidate will also assist with back-of-house operations and may have the opportunity to work across various units with different service styles and capacities as part of their professional development.

ABOUT YOU

Essential qualifications:

Proven ability to lead a team effectively Financial acumen Prior experience in Catering/Bar Management at a supervisory level Excellent communication abilities

Preferred qualifications:

Competence in computer systems and analytical skills Experience in back-of-house operations

WORKING HOURS

You will work straight shifts, contracted for 150 hours over a 4-week period on a flexible schedule. This means your workdays and hours may vary, but you will always fulfill your contracted hours.

Your shifts will include evenings, weekends, public holidays, and holiday periods on a rotational basis, with premium pay for Sunday hours.
