Job Title: CCTV Operator

As a CCTV Operator at OCS Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and safety of our clients' premises. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and manage electronic security systems, including CCTV cameras, intruder alarms, and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients, police, and other agencies to ensure effective incident response and resolution.
  • Coordinate and prioritize incidents from the Control Room, ensuring timely and efficient response.
  • Monitor electronic security systems on site, identifying and reporting any issues or anomalies.
  • Produce reports on false alarms and response times, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of control room operations and electronic security systems.
  • Experience with CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems.
  • SIA PSS licence and CCTV licence are essential.
