Job Title: Senior Audiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audiologist to join our team at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Senior Audiologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive adult audiology services, including diagnostic assessment, speech testing, and rehabilitation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct hearing management of the adult population, including diagnostic assessment, speech testing, and rehabilitation.
  • Lead junior staff, providing regular 1:1 meetings, clinical supervision, and appraisals.
  • Take an active role in clinical audit, research, and clinical governance of the Audiology service.
  • Design and lead audits within the service and participate in data collections for larger projects.
  • Support other team members and students, creating student training rotas and mentoring students.
  • Manage department stock and support Health and Safety compliance.

Requirements:
  • BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualifications.
  • Registered with the RCCP, ACHS, or HCPC.
  • Substantive experience in adult Audiology, including working with complex patients.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and patient care skills.
