The Role

We're looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the General Manager and working together to create and deliver your vision. You'll also be responsible for ensuring standards and compliance are maintained in the General Manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coach your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Work closely with the General Manager to create and deliver business plans
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a passion for customer service
