About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Hennessy Living Group Ltd. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the management of our residential childcare services, supporting the day-to-day operations of our children's homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of the day-to-day operations of our children's homes, ensuring that high standards are maintained.
  • Support the whole team in delivering outstanding care and services to our young people.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of our young people.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve outstanding outcomes for our young people.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare, including experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Level 3 Diploma qualification in Residential Childcare (England).
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management is desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence, held for at least 12 months.
  • A positive 'can do' attitude, with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Resilient, empathetic, and able to work effectively in a team.
