IT Support Apprentice Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join our team. As an IT Support Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, assisting with hardware and software issues, and learning about IT infrastructure and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Assisting with hardware and software upgrades and installations
  • Setting up and configuring new user accounts and devices
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Learning about IT infrastructure and network systems
Training and Development:

During your apprenticeship, you will be studying towards your L3 Information Communication Technician Award, delivered by Professional Apprenticeships. This will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, as well as the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a technical support role.

Progression Opportunities:

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to progress to more senior roles within the company, including IT Support Specialist and IT Infrastructure Specialist. We are committed to developing our team members and providing opportunities for career advancement.
