Responsibilities

Working in a small, friendly team, you'll be providing tech and IT support to a growing number of clients

You will learn:
Supporting clients with IT queries
Helping upgrade software
Setting up new users and removing old ones
Troubleshooting
Hardware issues
Networking
Server maintenance
Backups

If you love working with people, have great communication skills and want to learn, this is the perfect role for you

Please note that a driving licence is essential for this role

Training

During your apprenticeship, you will be studying towards your L3 Information Communication Technician Award, delivered by Professional Apprenticeships, who were voted the region's best training provider & have achieved the highest Ofsted rating.

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills & behaviours, covering topics such as IT security, data, remote infrastructure, maintenance processes & the elements & architecture of computer systems & so much more.
