About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Coordinator to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional day-to-day sales and administration support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers to ensure efficient management of sales orders.
  • Maintain clear and open communication channels with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Efficiently respond to and manage customer requests via email and telephone, utilizing our CRM system to provide prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Provide customers with pre-sales support, demonstrating expertise in determining when to escalate complex inquiries to technical specialists or business development teams.
  • Assist customers throughout the purchase process, addressing any challenges that may arise, such as order placement difficulties or payment concerns.
  • Coordinating transport partner collections to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Take a proactive approach in cultivating strong relationships with existing and potential customers, actively contributing to sales growth and identifying promising business opportunities.
  • Manage stock availability with a proactive approach, including vital backorder management, to guarantee efficient order fulfillment while optimizing warehouse capacity and effectively managing working capital levels.
  • Promptly communicate updates to ASMs and customers, providing regular status reports for enhanced transparency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a proactive approach to customer service and a strong understanding of sales and administration processes.
