We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious university as a Timetabling Administrator. This role is pivotal in the development and support of the academic timetable utilizing Syllabus Plus software, ensuring that any scheduling conflicts are addressed efficiently.

The university has integrated its timetable with the Student Information System (SITS) to enhance scheduling efficiency and optimize space utilization. As part of this initiative, the timetabling team is expanding, offering a unique chance for professionals to contribute to a more cohesive and innovative academic atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Timetabling Manager and fellow administrators to create and maintain the academic timetable.
  • Utilize Syllabus Plus software to resolve scheduling conflicts promptly.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and management of timetable-related queries.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Student Record System processes and configurations.
  • Prior experience in timetabling or resource scheduling.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and solve problems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.

Desirable Attributes:
