Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Sponsorship Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, from initial planning stages to event delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless event execution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements using our CRM system.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client relationships.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Docs Editors suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work from our office, Monday to Friday.
