Field Service Engineer (Water Treatment)

Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer specializing in water treatment systems? This is a unique opportunity to join a leading organization in the water equipment sector, where you will engage in a hands-on, permanent role, working with a diverse range of water treatment technologies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Performing maintenance and servicing on water treatment systems, including Reverse Osmosis, Deionisers, Filters, Water Softeners, and Effluent Treatment Plants at various customer locations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and plant operators.
  • Executing installation and commissioning tasks based on your qualifications and skill set.
  • Documenting service reports and related paperwork accurately.
  • Contributing to service enhancement initiatives to boost productivity and profitability.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service and care at all times.
  • Adhering to all company policies, including Health & Safety regulations.
  • Engaging in continuous learning and self-improvement to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Utilizing administrative days from home for efficient task management.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in field service roles.
  • Background in water treatment systems.
  • Valid UK driving license.
