Job Opportunity

Arcus Search is proud to support a global London Market Insurance / Reinsurance firm in their search for a skilled Senior Business Solutions Analyst.

You will be joining them on a permanent basis to lead complex projects and multi-year strategic initiatives, understanding business needs and requirements, documenting these and reporting on them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex projects and multi-year strategic initiatives, understanding business needs and requirements, documenting these and reporting on them.
  • Facilitate and conduct requirement meetings, presentations, and workshops.
  • Ensure solutions ultimately improve efficiency for business processes and are consistent with the company's products.
  • Collaborate and develop relationships with senior stakeholders daily, across a variety of business functions.
  • User stories and Acceptance Testing criteria, test plans, and scripts based on requirements.
  • Mentor and lead one or more IT Business Analysts.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Business Systems Analysis experience in London Market Insurance.
  • Experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS) - preferably Guidewire.
  • Agile and Business Analysis methodologies.
  • Experience with reporting solutions highly desirable.
